Highly recommend
After a bad start to our holiday with another private caravan , the owner Nichola couldnt have been more helpful and accomodating. Friendly and professional service from the very start and went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we were happy with our accomodation. Caravan has everything you need with a great sized decking. Would highly recommend Nichola if you are looking to book a caravan.

Pefect stay
We stayed here in September and did like plot, it's not far from the Lakehouse. The van is very well kitted out and the decking gets the sun all day and the lounge is one of the biggest we've stayed in, we've been booking with C2C for the last 3 years and will continue to do so, Nichola is so easy to deal with and the communication is spot on.

Fantastic Holiday
Fabulous to deal with, Nichola always on hand to answer any queries. Lovely caravan situated in a quiet part of the park, everything you could need already provided. We had a wonderful time, boys desperate to return! The beach is a short walk away, if you’re lucky with the weather you can walk from where reception is on site all the way up to the bunkers and back onto site at the other end. We will definitely be booking again but for a longer stay ❤️

Excellent Caravan
The caravan was clean and well equipped to self cater. It is in a quiet location not far from the swimming pool and inflatable play area. It had it's own parking bay. Nicola followed up my booking with a phone call which was reassuring as it was booked on a site that I hadn't used before. If I was to come back to Primrose Valley I would use this caravan again.

Fabulous
Great holiday, caravans were really clean, warm and comfortable...lots of things for kids to do. My grandson was delighted to find there was a game console👍.
The park is great and the caravan is located 5 min walk to facilities but far enough from the hassle and bustle and the club house close enough to have a short walk in. We will definitely be going back. Thankyou

Great Stay
I booked last minute through Coast2Coast, the booking process was efficient and hassle free, Nichola even WhatsApp'd and called me to ensure we had everything we required, nothing was too much trouble, she sorted everything out and really made the whole process easy from start to finish.
We stayed in 19 Magnolia, located close to the Lakeside activities, the caravan is very well equipped, clean and in good condition, tis a quiet location, tucked away off the main road but still walking distance to sites facilities.
We had a great week and will definitely be booking with Coast2Coast again.

Great time
We had a brilliant family holiday we booked two caravans 18 /19 Magnolia court at primrose valley the caravans are really well kept and equipt with everything you need for cooking meals or snacks this is the second time we have stayed in these caravans and I can highly recommend from booking our stays to going home Nichola is always on hand for any questions or queries you may have can not fault anything .

Perfect
Lovely clean caravan, extremely comfy bed and sofas. Equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The location was brilliant, situated in a small spacious quiet cul-de-sac close to the park entrance and lake.
Nicola was fantastic, very attentative and provided a top class service throughout the booking procedure, will definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location , lovely accomadation, great site
We have just returned from a lovely few days at Nichola's caravan, what an amazing place. Everything you could want/need is provided, beautifully clean , nice soft bedding. Good location in a quite cul de sac near the entrance / exit. Our little dog DAISY was free to have a run around on the fields. We would highly reccommend this site. 100% Thanks Nichola

Excellent holiday again!
We have had a fantastic five days in primrose Valley.
The Caravan is beautiful and clean and in a quiet part of the park about five minutes from Lakeside. Cannot fault the service Nichola provides, when you have any issues she does her utmost to sort them for you. Thank you Nichola for everything 😁

Lovely homely caravan
Myself, husband and 5 grandkids spent a fabulous weekend in this lovely caravan. The caravan was very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. We were number 19 Magnolia Court and it was a lovely quiet spot, well away from the clubhouse so as not to be disturbed and safe for the children to play outside without the worry of cars, but not too far to walk there Nichola had left a booklet with lots of information and on recommendation we had a meal in the Lakeside Inn and it was very good.

Absolutely amazing!
This was our first holiday at Primrose Valley and it was perfect. The caravan had everything we needed: travel cot, high chair, sky tv, WiFi, dvds, tvs in all the bedrooms, airfryer, slow cooker, etc. It was also dog friendly so that was a bonus for taking our little sausage dog along with us. The caravan is roughly a 5 minute walk to the lakehouse pub/restaurant and children’s rides. The booking process and talking with the owner was faultless, will definitely be booking again!

Booked 2 caravans so me and my family could be next to each other we got help through out with things such as car passes ect. We got there and the carvan was spotless had everything we needed from tea bags to an iron. Lovely area lovely carvan and all round 10/10 stay would highly recommend.

Fantastic break
The caravan was very nice, clean and comfortable, plenty of room for all 8 of us and the decking gave us extra room.
I've stayed at the site in the past which my kids loved with all the entertainment and activities.
Will definitely be booking this caravan again in the future

Great stay
We just got back from a lovely few days in 19 Magnolia Court. The caravan was lovely and clean and all the little touches made it like home from home. It’s in a lovely quiet area on the site too. Nichola was lovely and helpful. I’m not very good with modern technology and she helped me through the whole process and was always at the other end of the phone if needed. Thank you Nichola 😊

Fantastic, easy service and holiday.
The booking process was really simple and Nicola was on hand to support throughout. Our holiday was postponed due to health, finance and most of all covid. Throughout this time Nicola was nothing but supportive! Gave me all the details i needed, answered all my questions through message and call.
When we arrived at the van Nicola was easy to contact and very understanding of the few questions asked/issues raised on stay. (By issues raised in referring to the fact we melted a bloody waterproof cover 😂) all resolved quick and easy without any anxt from Nicola.
Thank you for a great holiday, if we don't get our own van, we will be back with you!

Perfect family holiday
The caravan itself was absolutely pristine and was so well equipped for our family, the extras that were really helpful for my two teenage boys were the TV/DVD player in each of the kids bedrooms, the WIFI, and the DVDs for them to watch on the rainy days.
The location of the caravan was great because there was extra room on the plot so that there was space for the kids to play football etc - normally there is another caravan right next to you but not with this one - this was also good because there wasn't any noise from the other family's next to us which was a bonus.
Primrose valley is amazing - the best park i've been to so far. The swimming pools and the beach are fantastic, 10 minutes walk to the beach.
I didn't book the activities in enough time so they were mostly booked up but that was my fault for not booking as soon as I was given the reference to do so, i'd advise to definitely do this straight away to avoid missing out.

Fun in the sun
Caravan lovely and clean and with all the equipment needed. If I have one criticism it is that some of the single mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. Didn't buy fun passes as with restrictions didn't feel they were worth the money. Fortunately we had good weather so kids made best use of the outside spaces. Visits to Flamingo Land, Filey and the beach and Scarborough sea life centre all made for a great weeks holiday. Can't really comment on the staff as we had very little interaction with any of them as we were out most of the time. Definitely will book with Coast2Coast again.

Great holiday had by all
The caravan was clean and tidy which is all we really wanted. Bit disappointed that we couldn’t get in the swimming or the entertainment on the night but that is not the owners fault as it was really busy. But saying that the park would have still sold us the passes knowing we couldn’t get in anything! The outside decking was a lovely bonus with plenty of seating! Would recommend to anyone!

Brilliant little get away to primrose valley. Our 8th berth caravan was so warm and cozy, during the awful weather, it had everything you needed and was a beautiful caravan. Will definitely be booking again, and the lady who owns it was really helpful

Cant thank Nichola Rodgers enough....arrived home last night from a four night stay at Primrose Valley, your caravan is lovely!! Perfect location, right near complexes and the Lake house / fair, and the gated decking helped us keep 2 very fast toddlers locked in ......caravan was very clean and homely. five stars we had the best time and would defo book again!!

Lovely caravan
We have been in this caravan for a few years now for our holidays it lovely and clean and well looked after, my daughters loved having a tv in their room, there's one in every room, lovely quiet area, and near the lakeside pub and swimming with a outdoor pool and the fair and majority of the activities, there is another swimming pool with slides in the main part and 2 show bars with children entertainment in walking distance, you can get to the beach on this site and walk along it in to Filey, would defo recommend.

We had a fantastic midweek break in June! The caravan is in an excellent position on the park, the decking is fantastic for outdoor secure space. The caravan was very clean and the welcome tray a wonderful touch! Highly recommend a stay here! We will be back next year!

Great break away staying at this caravan , fantastic site with lots to do. Caravan was clean and tidy throughout, nice and spacious and located in a brilliant part of the site. Was lovely having the balcony to sit out on. Have booked to stay here again next summer and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay on this site.

Just come back yesterday from a week in this caravan, it was just the right size for 8 people, kids loved having a tv in their room, lovely quiet area, and near the lakeside pub and swimming and the fair and majority of the activities which was great for my young children and my parents not having to walk so far, would defo recommend, only downside was the sofa bed having a few springs in your back,

Very Enjoyable stay
Just returned from a few days away at this caravan. Very clean,tidy and spacious. It has everything needed aswell as the added bonus of a balcony to take advantage of, Very much recommended. Only downside is the mattresses on beds arent the comfiest but are OK for a few days away.

Lovely stay
Very clean and spacious caravan. Great location for little ones as it is situated in a cul-de-sac so there's a lot less cars driving about. Lively outside sitting space. Great having tvs in each rooms - brilliant with younger kids who don't like the noise of the night life. Only slight downside is the double mattress could do with being replaced - it's ok for a few nights though :)
