An Overview
This beautiful 6 berth 40x13ft caravan has (3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms) with a spacious living room is a fabulous home from home with lovely Sea Views. The spacious living/dining area has a comfortable sofa & chair with foot stools, coffee table and dining table, 43 inch Android Tv, electric Fire, Google Hub, integrated Bluetooth Speakers in the celling to play your music on, Games Console (XBOX 360 - With two controllers and a selection of popular Xbox Games ) and a selection of board games to keep the family entertained. The caravan is double glazed with large patio doors which open onto the enclosed front veranda with fabulous Sea Views. The caravan is central heated which can easily be controlled by the Hive controller fitted to the wall. Modern fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a quick snack or cook a full meal with a double gas oven and hob, dishwasher, crockery, pans, utensils, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and more. The bedrooms have plenty of storage overhead and wardrobe space, the master bedroom also has a 24” Android TV, a dressing table and a hairdryer. In the main bathroom there is a walk in shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet. Also, this caravan has a 2nd toilet and wash basin. The caravan is located on a lovely quiet corner plot and has its own parking bay with paved patio area and picnic bench. The caravan is ideally situated on the Rose Bank area, only a few minutes walk from the main entertainment complex with its show bars, adventure pool and arcades. This caravan includes Free WiFi. Primrose Valley is a 5* caravan park, with direct beach access, On site convenience store with gift shop that sells a variety of everyday products and a great funfair with a kids rollercoaster and many more rides for the entire family. Around Primrose Valley there is beautiful countryside & coastline to explore and the towns of Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, and historical York. Flamingo Land fun park and zoo, Eden Camp are great attractions for all the family. Buses to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough can be found near the Haven reception. All bookings will require an additional £50 refundable security 'clean and care' bond, which is payable with the balance of the holiday.
Balances are due strictly by 8 weeks of the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payment by instalments.

At the start of your holiday the keys are located in a key safe at the holiday home which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queueing at reception for the keys.
