Ideally situated on the NEW Juniper Court area of Primrose Valley resort, with only 2-3 minutes walk to the main complex, Childrens play areas and Filey beach is only a short walk away.
This stunning holiday home offers patio doors which open onto the generous wraparound veranda, where you will find outdoor furniture for relaxation.
The elegant platinum plus Lodge is Fully Double glazed with full gas central heating, spacious open plan lounge/diner including
42 “ Smart TV, and comfortable free standing sofas. This lodge benefits from complimentary WiFi.
The kitchen has ample cupboard space and is fully equipped with all that you require in terms of crockery, pots, pans, appliances that include a 5 -burner job, oven & grill. in addition there is
a built in microwave, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The gorgeous master king size bedroom suite has a comfortable king size bed, vanity area with dressing table with wardrobe space, leading to the en-suite bathroom with a shower, WC & basin.
The family bathroom has a second large double shower cubicle with WC & basin.

Flamingo Land fun park and zoo, Eden Camp are great attractions for all the family. Buses to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough can be found near the Haven reception. A £50 Deposit secures your break.
All bookings will require an additional £50 refundable security 'clean and care' bond, which is payable with the balance of the holiday.
Balances are due strictly by 8 weeks of the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payment by instalments.

Freshly laundered bedding will be supplied for all beds made on arrival at a small one off cost. This is a signature lodge so some hand towel / bath mats are included in this cost however personal bath towels are not supplied. We recommend packing your towels!
At the start of your holiday the keys are located in a key safe at the holiday home which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queueing at reception for the keys.
